Armenia
Armenia (officially Republic of Armenia) is a country in Western Asia, with its capital at Yerevan, and is home to roughly 3.0M people.
Armenian is the official language; the currency in circulation is Armenian dram (֏); people from here are called Armenian.

Yerevan's founding is dated to 782 BC by a cuneiform inscription on a fortress hill, making it one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. It was rebuilt in the 1920s to a radial plan in pink volcanic tuff.
