Sri Lanka (officially Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka) is a country in Southern Asia, with its capital at Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte, and is home to roughly 21.9M people.
Its official languages are Sinhala, Tamil; the currency in circulation is Sri Lankan rupee (Rs රු); people from here are called Sri Lankan.
