Pakistan

Pakistan (officially Islamic Republic of Pakistan) is a country in Southern Asia, with its capital at Islamabad, and is home to roughly 251.3M people.
Its official languages are English, Urdu; the currency in circulation is Pakistani rupee (₨); people from here are called Pakistani.

Pakistan touches four neighbours: Afghanistan to the northwest, China to the east, India to the southeast and Iran to the west. Directions run from one centre to the other.
Islamabad was purpose-built in the 1960s to replace Karachi, on a grid of numbered sectors beside the older city of Rawalpindi.

The white band on the hoist represents religious minorities, deliberately included by Jinnah; the green field with crescent and star represents the Muslim majority.
