Yemen
Yemen (officially Republic of Yemen) is a country in Western Asia, with its capital at Sana'a, and is home to roughly 40.6M people.
Arabic is the official language; the currency in circulation is Yemeni rial (﷼); people from here are called Yemeni.

Yemen touches two neighbours: Oman to the northeast and Saudi Arabia to the north. Directions run from one centre to the other.
Sana'a sits at about 2,250 m and its old city is full of tower houses of rammed earth and fired brick, decorated in white gypsum, some standing for centuries.
