Mozambique (officially Republic of Mozambique) is a country in Eastern Africa, with its capital at Maputo, and is home to roughly 34.6M people.

Maputo was known as Lourenço Marques until independence in 1975. Its central market and railway station are landmarks of late colonial architecture.
